Directions:

I am totally thrilled with this product! It doesn't give you that "woozy" feeling, but before you know it, you're asleep...AND resting comfortably! No morning drowsiness or hangover feeling either!

I'm 180 pounds, and taking the recommended dose of 1 tablet leaves me a tiny bit hung over. It does work though, no doubt about that.

This sleep aid really works, and you don't have a hangover the next day. I was on vacation last year and forgot to pack my melatonin. I tried "Knock-Out" that night, and woke up feeling rested and ready to face the day. I don't take it every night - just those times when I can't relax, and it might take me hours before I fall asleep.
